Targa Tasmania 2020 - The Longest Competitive Course in Targa History

Fresh stages and a sharp increase in competitive distance will see the 2020 edition of Targa Tasmania become the longest endurance test in the event’s rich history.

It will return Targa Tasmania back to the days of a genuine endurance rally, where simply finishing will again be seen as a major achievement.

Over 626 competitive kilometres and 39 stages, you will see two brand new stages at Golden Valley and Poatina while all of your favourite stages remain with some returning to 2020, including the very popular Rinadeena stage between Queenstown and Strahan.

The infamous Channel Loop of Oyster Cove, Gardners Bay and Cygnet will now be run twice on the final day. Combined with Pelverata and a traditional finish at Longley, we will see more theatre on the last day than ever before.
